The Outcome
Students who complete the graduate exercise science program possess the requisite knowledge and experience to assume technical and research positions that involve basic and applied science related to exercise and physical activity. Students are also prepared to assume professional positions in educational, clinical, or private business settings that entail program evaluation and development related to exercise, fitness, health, physical labor, and sport. In addition, students may choose to pursue advanced graduate training in biomedical engineering, biological sciences or exercise science, or to enter professional schools in the health sciences.
